The most common way an ALT Office is delivered is on a flatbed trailer. Delivery is typically around +/- $6/mile for deliveries under 500 miles. The price per mile decreases for longer deliveries.

Once it’s at the site we recommend a crane be used to place the unit on the foundation. Crane install can vary from as low as $700 for simple installs to +/- $1,500 for more difficult installs. Crane pricing varies by location and distance needed to be craned.

We recommend contacting your local bank for a personal loan or consider a cash-out refinance on your home or a home equity line of credit. All of our units are well insulated. The ALT Office comes standard with R-13 insulation, plus it’s painted with a heat shield that adds an additional r-value equivalent of R-11. If you are in an extreme climate, additional insulation can be added as well.
